Galileo Technologies Delivers Microbox Modular CNG Compressor for New Refueling Station in Argentina

Galileo Technologies has supplied its Microbox™ integrated compressor system for a newly launched CNG service station in Córdoba, Argentina, operated by Grupo LAC.

Different from traditional separated compressor rooms, the Microbox is a compact skid-mounted compression unit integrating all core components: multi-stage compressor, intercooler, control panel, filtration and safety protection devices. The system eliminates large-scale civil construction and can be put into operation rapidly after onsite gas pipeline connection.

The CNG compressor inside the module supports continuous refueling for light passenger vehicles and heavy-duty trucks. Built-in remote real-time monitoring enables operators to track pressure, temperature, vibration and equipment running status remotely, facilitating predictive maintenance and reducing unexpected shutdowns.

Station management mentioned that modular compressor solutions are increasingly popular for newly built fueling stations, thanks to shorter delivery cycles, smaller footprint and flexible capacity expansion.
